INGREDIENTS:
1 to 1-1/2 lbs Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese, shredded 1/2 C coarsely chopped fresh parsley 1 lb filo dough
1/2 lb clarified butter 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 C milk



1 Grease or spray with vegetable cooking spray 10x16x2" baking pan. Mix cheese and parsley and set aside. Line pan with 1 full sheet of filo and lightly brush with butter. Repeat process with 1/2 lb filo. Spread cheese mixture evenly over entire surface. Continue layering remaining filo dough, brushing each sheet lightly with butter. Brush last sheet with butter. With sharp knife, cut boereg into 24 squares. Mix together eggs and milk until well combined and pour over cut squares. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Bake at 375 F 30 minutes or until dough has puffed and is lightly browned.
