| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 (16 oz) can garbanzo beans | 1/2 C lemon juice | 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1/4 tsp salt | 1/3 C (about) tahini (sesame seed paste) | |
| 1 | Drain garbanzo beans and reserve liquid. Pour 1/3 C liquid into blender along with lemon juice, garlic and salt. Blend. Add tahini and blend again. Add mashed beans into lemon juice mixture 2 T at a time, blending well after each addition. If mixture seems too thick, additional bean liquid can be added 1 T at a time to achieve desired consistency. |
