Butter 5 filo sheets and arrange in layers in buttered 9" souffle dish or 9x13" baking dish. Evenly spoon Boursin cheese over the top. Saute mushrooms in skillet in small amount of butter 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt. Drain, pressing liquid out of cooked mushrooms. Sprinkle mushrooms over cheese, followed by the ham strips. Butter remaining 5 filo sheets and arrange in layers over top. Crimp edges to seal. Butter top sheet well. Bake at 325 F 30 minutes or until golden. |
