| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup vegetable oil | 1/2 cup fresh lime juice | 2 teaspoons sugar |
| 16 cups mixed baby greens | 5 kiwis, peeled, cut into wedges | 4 oranges, peeled, white pith removed, fruit sliced into rounds |
| 2 cups 1/2-inch pieces peeled jicama | 1 cup thinly sliced red onion | 1 cup pine nuts, toasted |
| 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, diced | ||
| 1 | Stir first 3 ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Season dressing with salt and pepper. |
