| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 5 pounds spareribs | 3/4 cup brown sugar | 1-1/2 tablespoons dry mustard |
| 2 teaspoons salt | 1/4 teaspoon black pepper | 1 teaspoon ginger |
| 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce | 1 cup orange juice | 2 tablespoons minced onion |
| 2 minced cloves garlic | 3 tablespoons parsley | 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 | Prepare ribs. In a bowl combine sauce. Let stand 15 minutes. Place boiled ribs on a deep platter. Brush with sauce on both sides. Let stand 2 hours. Remove ribs; pour sauce in a cup. Grease gill lightly or place ribs accordion-fashion on skewers. Cook according to timetable for Barbecuing until done as desired. Brush frequently with sauce. Remove ribs to platter. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. |
