| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb white fish fillets or scallops | 1 C bread crumbs | 1 t salt |
| 1/3 C milk | 1/2 C butter | 1 C cracker crumbs |

| 1 | Place fish or scallops with thcikest pat to outside edge of dish. Cover with paper towel dampened (most of the water squeezed out). Microwave at High 4 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand covered with paper towel. In 1 qt glass measure, place butter; microwave on High 1 minute. Add crumbs and mix with fork. Remove towel from fish and sprinkle with salt, pepper, crumbs. Pour milk on top. Micowave on High 2-4 minutes. |
