Scalloped Fish or Scallops

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb white fish fillets or scallops 1 C bread crumbs 1 t salt
1/3 C milk 1/2 C butter 1 C cracker crumbs
1/8 t pepper



1 Place fish or scallops with thcikest pat to outside edge of dish. Cover with paper towel dampened (most of the water squeezed out). Microwave at High 4 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand covered with paper towel. In 1 qt glass measure, place butter; microwave on High 1 minute. Add crumbs and mix with fork. Remove towel from fish and sprinkle with salt, pepper, crumbs. Pour milk on top. Micowave on High 2-4 minutes.
