INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon lemon juice



1 Dissolve sugar in water and boil for 3-5 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook until liquid thickens slightly.
2 Use hot syrup over cold desserts and cold syrup with hot desserts.
