INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sugar 5 cups water grated rinds of 3-4 lemons
1 cup lemon juice



1 Dissolve sugar in water, add grated rind, and place over low flame. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming whenever necessary. Strain and let cool. Add lemon juice, stir well, then pour into icetray and chill, about 60-90 minutes.
