| 1 package (10.75 ounces) bran and honey muffin mix | 1/4 cup cocoa | 1 egg, slightly beaten |
| 3/4 cup water | 1/2 cup raisins | 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional) |
| 1 | Heat oven to 400 F. Grease on paper-line 12 (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups. In large bowl, combine muffin mix and cocoa. Stir in egg and water just until blended. Stir in raisins and nuts, if desired. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. |
