INGREDIENTS:
2 1-pound cans butter beans (dry limas), drained 2 tablespoons onion, chopped 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon butter 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salad mustard



1 Saute onion and pepper in butter until soft. Combine with beans and seasonings and pour into crock cooker. Cover and cook at low for 4 to 6 hours.
