INGREDIENTS:
2 lb round steak 2/3 C (4 oz can) undrained mushroom stems & piece 1 (10-3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
1/8 t pepper 1 medium onion, sliced



1 Cut steak into serving pieces. Combine soup, mushrooms, onion, and pepper in 2 qt baking dish. Add meat, dipping in sauce and turning sauce side up. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning once or twice. Cook covered with waxed paper on bake (or 3/4 power) for 30 minutes, turning once.
