| 2-1/4 pounds beef | 2 onions | 2 tablespoons tomato paste |
| 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon | 3-4 ripe tomatoes | salt and pepper |
| 1 | Mince Mince beef and onions twice. Add tomato paste, spices, and seasoning. Mix well, then spread on oven pan to form layer 1 1/2-2 inches thick. Cut into sections 4 inches square, and release sides. Peel tomatoes, slice, and place on meat. Bake in center of preheated 350 F oven for 30 minutes. |
