INGREDIENTS:
1 recipe Naan bread dough incorporating 4 cups flour and 2 tablespoons melted ghee 4 tablespoons sliced onions, fired in ghee until brown



1 Divide the dough into four balls.
2 Roll each out roughly and place equal amounts of cold onion in each. Fold the dough over the onion. Re-roll to a square of about 6 inches.
3 Mark a cross shape, dotting with a finger, if you like, then bake as with naan.
