| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1-1/2 C sugar | 4 eggs | 1 T vanilla |
| 1 C coconut | 2 T cornstarch | 4 T butter, melted |
| 1/2 C raisins | 1-1/2 C milk | |
| 1 | Beat together sugar, cornstarch, and eggs. Add melted butter, vanilla, milk, and coconut. Put the raisins in an unbaked 9" pie shell and pour over mixture. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until firm and brown. |
