Creamy Peach Pie

INGREDIENTS:
9" unbaked pie shell 3/4 C sugar 1/2 t salt
1 C heavy cream 3 C peaches, peeled & sliced 1/4 C flour
1/4 t nutmeg



1 Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; toss lightly with sliced peaches. Turn into pie shell; pour cream over top. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes or until firm. Cool thoroughly before serving.
