| 9" unbaked pie shell | 3/4 C sugar | 1/2 t salt |
| 1 C heavy cream | 3 C peaches, peeled & sliced | 1/4 C flour |
| 1/4 t nutmeg | ||
| 1 | Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; toss lightly with sliced peaches. Turn into pie shell; pour cream over top. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes or until firm. Cool thoroughly before serving. |
