| 3 tablespoons butter | 1 tablespoon brown sugar | 1 tablespoon orange liqueur |
| 3 medium bananas, sliced in half and cut into 1-inch pieces | 1 quart vanilla ice cream | shredded sweetened coconut and chopped walnuts for garnish |
| 1 | Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and orange liqueur. Saute the bananas until lightly golden. Divide them among 6 dessert bowls. Put a scoop ice cream in each bowl. Sprinkle with coconut and walnuts. |
