| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries | 3 cups sparkling water | 1/2 cup sugar |
| juice of 1 lemon | 1 papaya, peeled and cut into small pieces | 1 medium mango, peeled, seeded, and diced |
| 2 kiwis, peeled and diced | 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces | shredded fresh ginger to taste for garnish |
| 1 | Puree the raspberries in a blender or food processor. Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds. In a nonreactive bowl, combine the raspberry puree with the sparkling water and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with the ginger. |
