INGREDIENTS:
3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 3 cups sparkling water 1/2 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon 1 papaya, peeled and cut into small pieces 1 medium mango, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 kiwis, peeled and diced 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces shredded fresh ginger to taste for garnish



1 Puree the raspberries in a blender or food processor. Pass through a sieve to remove the seeds. In a nonreactive bowl, combine the raspberry puree with the sparkling water and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with the ginger.
