| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 egg yolks | 1-1/2 tsp flour | 2 tbls olive oil |
| 1 tbls vinegar | 1/4 cup hot water | salt and pepper |
| 1 tsp parsley, chopped | ||
| 1 | Blend egg yolks and flour. Add, little by little, olive oil, vinegar and water, stirring constantly. Cook in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, still stirring until mixture thickens. Season and sprinkle with chopped parsley. |
