| 1 teaspoon egg white | 1 teaspoon superfine sugar | 2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice |
| 2 ounces pisco (Peruvian brandy) | 2 or 3 ice cubes | Angostura bitters |
| 1 | Combine all the ingredients except the Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a sour glass and shake a few drops of Angostura bitters on top. |
