INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon egg white 1 teaspoon superfine sugar 2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice
2 ounces pisco (Peruvian brandy) 2 or 3 ice cubes Angostura bitters



1 Combine all the ingredients except the Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a sour glass and shake a few drops of Angostura bitters on top.
