INGREDIENTS:
tow 10-ounce cans nopalitos (catus pieces) 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped 1/2 medium white onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped 1/2 cup Vinaigrette dressing



1 Rinse the cactus pieces gently in cold water and drain them thoroughly. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix lightly. Chill before serving.
