| 5-1/3 cups mashed potato | 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese | 1 stick butter |

| 1 | Preheat a 400 F oven. Place the mashed potato with the cheese, butter, and seasoning in a large bowl and mix thoroughly, gradually folding in two of the eggs. |
