Potatoes with Cheese (Peynirli Patates)

INGREDIENTS:
5-1/3 cups mashed potato 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 stick butter
salt and ground black pepper 3 eggs



1 Preheat a 400 F oven. Place the mashed potato with the cheese, butter, and seasoning in a large bowl and mix thoroughly, gradually folding in two of the eggs.
2 Shape the mixture into a cylinder and cut into circles. Place on a greased cookie sheet and brush with egg yolk. Cook for about 20 minutes, until golden. Serve hot.
