Simit with Sesame Seeds

INGREDIENTS:
1 C margarine 1 C sugar 4 C flour
2-1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp sesame seeds
3/4 C milk



1 Melt margarine and set aside. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and sesame seeds in bowl. Combine margarine and milk, then stir into dry ingredients, kneading well. Divide dough into 4 portions. Roll each out to 1/2" thick rectangle. Cut into 1/2x4" strips. Twist each strip and arrange on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 F. 30 minutes until lightly browned.
