Fish Potatoes (Fischkartoffeln)

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs large potatoes water to cover 1 tsp salt
2 tbls butter salt and pepper 1 tbls parsley, chopped



1 Peel raw potatoes, and with a special cutter, cut out marble-sized balls. Cook until tender in salted water. Turn in melted butter, season and serve garnished with parsley.
2 NOTE: This makes an attractive side dish for all sorts of fish. There is not other reason for the name.
