| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 lbs large potatoes | water to cover | 1 tsp salt |
| 2 tbls butter | salt and pepper | 1 tbls parsley, chopped |
| 1 | Peel raw potatoes, and with a special cutter, cut out marble-sized balls. Cook until tender in salted water. Turn in melted butter, season and serve garnished with parsley. |
