| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| SUGAR SYRUP: 1/4 cup sugar | 1 cup water | SHERBET: 2 Fl oz cherry juice |
| 2 fl oz red grape juice | 2 fl oz mulberry juice or exotic fruit juice | 2 fl oz grapefruit juice |
| 1 fl oz sugar syrup | carbonated lemonade or soda water | 1 few sprigs of mint |

| 1 | To make the sugar syrup: Dissolve the sugar in water over a moderate heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and then pour into a sterilized container. Cover and store in the refrigerator. |
| 2 | To make the sherbet: Shake all the ingredients together with a little crushed ice. Pour into a long glass and top up with chilled soda water or lemonade. |
