INGREDIENTS:
3 hard-cooked egg yolks 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons grated toasted almonds
3 tablespoons chopped ham 1 teaspoon mustard 24 large prunes, pitted
24 small pieces ham



1 Mash egg yolks and butter into a smooth paste, add almonds, ham, and mustard. Stuff prunes with this mixture and stick a piece of ham in the center of each.
