Biscuits for Teething Child

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs 2 C flour, unbleached or whole wheat 3/4 C sugar, white or brown
1/2 C wheat germ 1 t Brewer's yeast-optional



1 Break eggs into a bowl and stir in one direction until eggs are creamy. Add sugar and keep stirring one direction. Gradually add flour and wheat germ and stir until dough is stiff. Roll dough to 3/4" thick. Cut with doughnut cutter for teething rings and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Let stand overnight or 12 hours. Bake at 325 F. until light brown and hard. No crumbs or mess.
