| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 C milk, scalded | 2 T Grape Nuts | pinch of salt |
| 3 eggs, beaten separately | ||
| 1 | To the egg yolks add 1/3 C sugar, salt, 1 t vanilla, and the cooled scalded milk. Fold in egg whites. Sprinkle Grape Nuts in shallow casserole. Pour mixture over Grape Nuts and set casserole in a pan of water. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F. |
