Grape Nut Pudding

INGREDIENTS:
2 C milk, scalded 2 T Grape Nuts pinch of salt
3 eggs, beaten separately



1 To the egg yolks add 1/3 C sugar, salt, 1 t vanilla, and the cooled scalded milk. Fold in egg whites. Sprinkle Grape Nuts in shallow casserole. Pour mixture over Grape Nuts and set casserole in a pan of water. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 F.
2 Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before baking, and serve with whipped cream.
