| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 lb beef shortribs, cut into 2" lengths | 1/2 cup flour | 2 cups onions, sliced |
| 1 cup catsup | 3 T vinegar | 2 T soy sauce |
| 2 T Worcestershire Sauce | 1/2 cup sugar | 1 cup water |
| 1 | Roll shortribs in flour. Arrange in large casserole or roaster. Cover with sliced onions. Combine, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, sugar, and water. Mix well. Pour over ribs. Cover. Bake at 350 F for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. |
