| 4 cups pineapple, cubed | 2 cups tomatoes, cubed | 1 T onion, grated |
| 3 T lemon juice | 3 T catsup | 1/2 cup cream |

| 1 | Place pineapple and tomatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle with onion. Combine lemon juice, catsup, cream, and salt and pepper. Blend well. Pour over pineapple and tomatoes. Chill. |
