INGREDIENTS:
assorted cubes of salmon, cod, any white fish, scallops, shrimp, or lobster mushrooms cherry tomatoes
red and green peppers onions pineapple chunks
marinade of your choice



1 Marinate seafood. Oil skewers. Alternate seafoods, vegetable and onions on skewers according to taste. Cook over hibachi or barbeque until done.
