INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 C flaked coconut 2 T flour 2 egg whites
1/3 C sugar 1/8 t salt 1/2 t almond extract



1 Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
