| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 lb abalone | 1 t ginger, finely chopped | 1/2 cup white vinegar |
| 2 T sugar | 1/4 t Ajinomoto | 1/2 t salt |
| 3 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced | 1-1/2 T soy sauce | |
| 1 | Cut abalone into small, thin slices. Combine ginger, vinegar, sugar, and Ajinomoto. Add fish. Marinate 30 minutes. Add cucumbers. Let stand 15 minutes. Press excess liquid from cucumbers. Pour on soy sauce. Chill. |
