Orange and Onion Salad

INGREDIENTS:
assorted lettuce, preferably romaine, butter and red 2 oranges 1 onion
lemon and oil dressing mint sprigs



1 Wash and dry lettuce. Tear into bite size pieces. Place in bowl. Chill. Slice onion into very thin rings. Peel and slice oranges into very thin rings. When ready to serve, add oranges and onions to lettuce. Toss. Pour dressing over. Garnish with mint sprigs.
