| 1 pound ground cooked ham | 1 pound ground pork | 1 cup tomato juice |
| 1 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs | 3/4 cup milk | 2 eggs, beaten |
| Mustard Sauce | MUSTARD SAUCE: 2 eggs, beaten | 1/4 cup sugar |
| 2 tablespoons dry mustard | 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour | 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1 cup milk | 1/2 cup warm vinegar | |
| 1 | Combine ground ham, ground pork, tomato juice, breadcrumbs, milk, and beaten eggs in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loafpan. |
| 2 | Bake at 350 F for 2 hours or until done. Serve with Mustard Sauce. |
| 3 | MUSTARD SAUCE: Combine beaten eggs, sugar, dry mustard, flour, salt, and milk in a medium saucepan; stir well. Bring just to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Slowly add vinegar; cook, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, until mixture is thickened. Yield: 2 cups. |
