| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups pineapple, cubed | 2 cups sugar | 1 cup water |
| 3 oz rum | 2 T lemon or lime juice | 1 t amaretto |
| 1 | In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Add rum, lemon or lime juice, and amaretto. Stir well. Dip pineapple in syrup. |
| 2 | For the aloha touch, serve syrup in partially scooped out pineapple shell. |
