| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 T margarine | 4 serving pieces of veal cutlets | 8 oz can tomato sauce |
| 1 t Italian herbs | 1/2 C flour | pinch of pepper |
| 1 small can evaporated milk | 2/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated | 1/4 C flour |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. Put margarine in 8x12" dish; place in oven to melt. Pour 1/3 C milk in flat dish. In second dish, combine 2 T cheese, flour, and pepper. Coat meat first in milk and then in flour mixture. Place in pan of melted butter. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Combine remaining milk and cheese. Stir Italian herbs into tomato sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and spoon cheese mixture on top of each one. Bake uncovered 25 minutes longer. Serve on nest of spaghetti or linguini. |
