INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef 4 T wheatgerm 4 T sunflower seeds
1/3 C powdered milk 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 T lemon juice
1/4 C milk 4 t pimiento or green pepper 1/4 t thyme
2 t Italian cheese, grated



1 Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased baking dish. Spread catsup on the top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes covered. Uncover to allow browning for 10-15 minutes longer.
