| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb ground beef | 4 T wheatgerm | 4 T sunflower seeds |
| 1/3 C powdered milk | 1 egg, slightly beaten | 1 T lemon juice |
| 1/4 C milk | 4 t pimiento or green pepper | 1/4 t thyme |
| 2 t Italian cheese, grated | ||
| 1 | Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased baking dish. Spread catsup on the top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes covered. Uncover to allow browning for 10-15 minutes longer. |
