Chicken Sukiyaki

INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs chicken, uncooked 3 T oil 1 onion, sliced
1 can bamboo shoots, sliced 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup hot water and mushroom liquid 1 can mushrooms 1 lb bean sprouts
5 green onions, sliced 1 tofu, cubed



1 Bone chicken. Fry in hot oil. Add onion and bamboo shoots. Add 3 T sugar, 1/4 cup soy and 1/2 cup water mushroom liquid. Boil 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, sprouts, and onions. Continue cooking. Stir in remaining sugar, soy and liquid a little at a time. Add tofu. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
