| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1-1/2 cups fish, cubed | 5-1/2 cups hot water | 1-1/2 t salt |
| 3-1/2 cups watercress, finely chopped | 1 T soy sauce | tofu, cut in 1" cubes |
| 1 | Add fish to water and salt. Steam 15 minutes. Add watercress, soy sauce, and tofu. Bring to boiling. Serve immediately. |
