Barbecued Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups water 3/4 cup catsup 3/4 cup vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce 8 (1-1/4 inch thick) pork loin chops



1 Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove sauce from heat; set aside.
2 Trim excess fat from chops. Grill over medium coals 15 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with sauce. Serve pork chops with remaining sauce.
