| 1/4 cup lemon juice | 1/4 cup butter or margarine | 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt | 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 4 (1-inch-thick) pork chops |
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except chops in a small saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes; stir occasionally. Remove sauce from heat; set aside. |
| 2 | Trim excess fat from pork chops. Grill over hot coals 20 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with sauce. |
