| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pkg frozen peas, thawed | 2 cups celery, diced | 1 onion, diced |
| 1 green pepper, sliced | 1 cup mushrooms, fresh or canned, sliced | 1 can cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 t salt | 1 t garlic powder | 1 pkg chow mein noodles |
| 1 | Place peas in bottom of casserole. Add celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in layers. Heat soup. Add salt and garlic powder. Pour slowly over vegetables. Cover with noodles. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. |
