| 10 water chestnuts, halved | 5 chicken livers, quartered | 10 slices bacon, cut in half |

| 1 | Wrap water chestnut half and piece of chicken liver in bacon slice. Pierce with toothpick. Refrigerate in marinade for 2 hours. Broil. over charcoal or in broiler, basting and turning, until bacon is crisp. |
