| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 lb lean ground beef | 1/2 lb bulk sausage or ground pork | 2 cups bread crumbs |
| 1/2 cup milk | 1/2 t onion powder | 1 t garlic salt |
| 1 T soy sauce | 1/2 t tabasco | 1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped |

| 1 | Soak bread cubes in milk. Squeeze out as much milk as possible. Add to beef and pork. Add onion powder, garlic salt, soy sauce, and tabasco. Shape into about 48 small balls. Brown in oil. Serve hot with toothpicks. |
