| 1 cup plain yogurt | 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint | salt and pepper |
| SPICES (OPTIONAL): 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) | 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala (storebought or homemade) | GARNISHES: fresh chopped cilantro |
