INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plain yogurt 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint salt and pepper
SPICES (OPTIONAL): 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala (storebought or homemade) GARNISHES: fresh chopped cilantro
pinch of nutmeg



1 Drain any excess liquid off the yogurt, then beat with a whisk or fork, rotary or electric beater until smooth.
2 Add mint, salt, and pepper plus the spices, if used.
3 Serve chilled within the hour. Garnish before serving with fresh cilantro and nutmeg.
