| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup shrimp | 2 T butter, melted | 3 T curry powder |
| 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped | 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped | 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped |
| 1 cup white wine | 1 cup papaya nectar | 2 T chutney |
| 1/4 t nutmeg | ||
| 1 | Saute butter and curry powder 1 minute. Add onions. Cook until soft. Add celery and pepper. Saute until soft. Add wine, papaya nectar, chutney and nutmeg. Simmer 20 minutes until mixture thickens. Add cornstarch if necessary. |
