Shrimp Curry

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup shrimp 2 T butter, melted 3 T curry powder
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup white wine 1 cup papaya nectar 2 T chutney
1/4 t nutmeg



1 Saute butter and curry powder 1 minute. Add onions. Cook until soft. Add celery and pepper. Saute until soft. Add wine, papaya nectar, chutney and nutmeg. Simmer 20 minutes until mixture thickens. Add cornstarch if necessary.
