| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound boneless tender beef steak (sirloin, rib eye or top loin) | 2 tablespoons soy sauce | 1 clove garlic, pressed |
| 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger | nonstick cooking spray | 3 stalks celery, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices |
| 1 medium onion, chunked | 1/8 teaspoon salt | |
| 1 | Cut beef across grain into strips 1-1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger in medium bowl; stir in beef. Let stand 20 minutes. Coat large skillet with cooking spray; heat until hot over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove. Add celery and onion to same pan; sprinkle with salt and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Stir in beef; heat and serve. |
