| 1 teaspoon salt | 1/2 cup sugar | 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar |
| 1 cup cooked or canned corn | 1 medium-size onion, diced | 1 medium-size green pepper, diced |
| 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce | 1/4 cup finely diced pimento | |
| 1 | Combine salt, sugar and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add corn, onion and green pepper and boil for 5 minutes. Stir in hot pepper sauce and pimento to taste. Refrigerate. Serve cold. |
