| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 ripe breadfruit | 1 T lemon or lime juice | 1/2 t cinnamon |
| 2 T butter | ||
| 1 | Twist and pull stem to remove core of breadfruit. Cut in half lengthwise. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Baste occasionally. |
