| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 tablespoons cooking oil | 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic | 1/4 cup minced onion |
| 1/2 pound shrimps, shelled, deveined, and cut into small pieces | 1/2 cup chicken broth | salt or patis and freshly ground pepper to taste |
| 3 cups corn (canned, frozen or fresh) | 1/2 pound spinach | |
| 1 | Heat oil in a medium pot. Saute garlic until light brown and onion until transparent. Add shrimps. Add chicken broth. Season with salt or patis and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add corn and simmer until corn is cooked. Add spinach and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve hot. |
